Parking: We have a few carpool spots available if your student is still looking for a parking spot for 2nd semester. IHS has also partnered with a local church which will provide free parking in exchange for 2 hours of community service. If your student is interested in either of these parking opportunities, please have them talk with Neil Lasher, IHS Security Officer.
Issaquah School District Night Academy is available at Tiger Mountain High School for students who have failed a required English or History course and wish to retrieve the credit. Course options are limited to available space so apply right away if interested. This Spring we will offer one math course as well: semester one of Algebra 1.
Our Spring session is offered starting this March through April. There are 14 two hour sessions. Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-8PM, with two exceptions for Spring Break. Starting on March 3 and ending April 23. It is important to understand that only one absence is possible during the course. Students can take only one .5 semester course at a time. Grades are PASS/FAIL, it is not possible to earn a letter grade because this course is intended only to earn a required course credit and not as a grade improvement course. This option is ideal for students who cannot attend summer school.
Attention Seniors and Parents of Seniors! It's time to send in pictures for the Senior Slideshow! Send digital photos to Issaquahseniorslideshow09@gmail.com or bring hard copies in an envelope (with the senior’s name clearly printed on the back of each picture so we can return them) to P-10 or the Main Office, and put in the provided boxes. Deadline is April 1st! We love group photos (from all grade levels and activities); when you submit them, help us out by including a list of seniors in the pictures. Thanks, Senior Class Council.
