RECITAL & RECEPTION INSTRUCTIONS

Sign in with me in the Commons at 5:30. If you are even 1 minute late you will not earn all your points. I will check you in AND out. Do not leave before you are checked out.

After the recital, you will be responsible for putting away everything you brought out. I will not check anyone out until all the jobs are done. We are a team. We help each other when our own job is done.

Pianos: (includes bench, all cords, and setup) DO NOT BRING OUR EXTENSION CORDS. Leave them on the floor. I will find other ones for the recital.

Set up Reception: set up table, cover table, make punch, put out desserts and plates.

Bring a plate of cookies or dessert bars for the reception. Put them on a nice plate for serving. I will bring napkins, punch, cups, and table cloth.
