February 28, Thursday

  5:30AM           Meet at SeaTac Airport (Parents drop off, meet Mrs. Irish at Alaska Terminal)

  7:10AM           Depart SeaTac Airport ( Alaska Air 464)

  9:49AM           Arrive Ontario Airport

10:30AM           Load Bus

11:30PM           Arrive at California Baptist University 8432 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside, (951) 343-4251

                        Observe university voice lesson or Clinic with Dr. Bonner / lunch on campus

  2:00PM           Choir/ Orchestra Rehearsal at California Baptist University

  4:30PM           Bus Ramada Inn Maingate, 1650 S Harbor Blvd, Annaheim (714)772-0440

  6:30PM           Dinner with your chaperone

  8:00PM           Enjoy visiting/games in hotel. Use commons area, not other student rooms.

10:00PM           Students in own rooms

11:00PM           Lights out

 

February 29, Friday

  8:00AM           Breakfast at hotel with chaperone guidance

            Workshop at Disneyland. Disneyland has not yet sent our exact time.

  9:30AM           In the Parks (visit attractions and rides with chaperone guidance)

12:00PM           Meet Mrs. Irish @ determined location (lunch in the park)

  4:00PM           Check in with assigned chaperone @ determined location

  7:00PM           Check in with Mrs. Irish @ determined location

10:30PM           Hotel check-in students to rooms

11:00PM           Lights out

 

March 1, Saturday

  8:00AM           Breakfast at hotel with chaperone guidance

            Performance at Disneyland. Disneyland has not yet sent our exact time.

  9:30AM           In the Parks (visit attractions and rides with chaperone guidance)

12:00PM           Meet Mrs. Irish @ determined location (lunch in the park)

  4:00PM           Check in with assigned chaperone @ determined location

  7:00PM           Check in with Mrs. Irish @ determined location

10:30PM           Hotel check-in students to rooms

11:00PM           Lights out

 

March 2, Sunday

8:30 AM            Breakfast at hotel with chaperone guidance

10:30AM           Check out of hotel

11:30AM           Sight see Graumans Theater, Hollywood, etc.

  3:15PM           Depart for Long Beach Airport

  5:18PM           Flight home (Alaska Air 337)

  8:10PM           Arrive @ SeaTac Airport (Parents are to pick up students at Baggage Claim)

  • Thursday dress for Cal Baptist and plane (sorry)  Guys: Shirts & Ties  / Girls: Dresses/Skirts
  • Saturday concert: Yellow choir shirts, blk slacks, blk shoes & socks, guys blk ties, girls blk camis
  • The rest of the time: casual, comfortable clothes – weather appropriate (check forecast)
  • 1 SUITCASE and 1 CARRY ON BAG plus purse allowed
  • Sunglasses, swimsuit, light jacket, shorts/jeans, tanning lotion, PJs, underwear, toiletries, camera
  • Rooms have hair dryers, iron/ironing board and in-room coffee
  • Complimentary Continental Breakfast is served daily at poolside
  • Money for meals and souvenirs. (Suggest $100)
