The Univeristy of Washington has a web page that provides some information re: ASL and high school foreign language credits.
http://www.washington.edu/students/ugrad/advising/ged/gedfl.html#A&S
If your students earn only high school credits, they will need to continue their studies in college (if required for a degree).
However, if they earn dual credit through the ASL Articulation Agreement with Seattle Central, your students will satisfy both the high school and the college requirements.
